This section describes how to manage the personal data that the user decides to provide through the submission of the contact form on the website www.studiorossettiartearchitettura.it.

Data collected with the contact form

By filling out the contact form the user:

communicates his/her name;
communicates the email address at which he/she wishes to be contacted;
writes a message to be sent to info@galleriastudiorossetti.it

Purpose of processing.

The name, the email address given by the user when filling out the contact form and the information entered by the user in the body of the message are used exclusively to respond to the user’s request.

Recipients of personal data

The personal data collected may be processed by individuals involved in the organization of the site (such as administrative, sales, marketing, legal, system administrators) or by external personnel (such as third party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) from time to time appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors in accordance with Art. 4 n.8) GDPR, which defines as “data controller” the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the data controller.

In any case, any user may always request from the Data Controller the updated list of Data Processors by email communication to info@galleriastudiorossetti.it

With the exception of the hypotheses just mentioned, the user’s personal data are not communicated to third parties unless the communication is necessary in reference to third parties who collaborate to provide the service or product requested by the user. (In this case, only the data indispensable for the provision of the service or the supply of the product will be communicated and the same data may not be used for different purposes).

Retention period

The information given by the user with the completion of the contact form (name, email address, message text) will be processed and stored for the time strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose for which it was collected.

Right of access, deletion and rectification

The data subject has the right to ask the data controller whether personal data concerning him or her are being processed

The data subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller:

the rectification of the data, if they are incorrect
The deletion of his/her personal data.

The data controller will provide in full compliance with Article 17 of the European Regulation to the request.
